Supplemental Technology Training for Advocates

On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, The Neighborhood Bridge hosted its inaugural supplemental technology training session in the Bridge Center’s Adult Education classroom.

Our Advocate Program Volunteer Coordinator, Jeanne Gallo, her son Jack Gallo, and our Executive Director, Prentice Butler, led the session, walking Advocates through the digital tools that support their work with families. The goal was simple: make sure every Advocate feels confident using the systems designed to track cases, follow up with families, and connect them to resources.

A committed group of Advocates joined us for this first session, and we plan to expand these technology enrichment opportunities in 2026 so that our volunteers remain supported, equipped, and ready to serve.
