Volunteer

Join a community of volunteers who are changing lives!

The Neighborhood Bridge thrives because of the contributions of dozens of community volunteers. There are a variety of ways you can use your skills and talents to connect West Side families to the services they need and deserve.

Volunteer Advocate

Our volunteer Advocates work in partnership with Participants in addressing their immediate needs. This includes helping find existing high-quality human service organizations for needs like housing assistance, primary healthcare, or food assistance. Advocates are required to attend a 1-1/2 hour Bridge Breakfast and two 2-1/2 hour training sessions.

For detailed information about this volunteer role, download our volunteer handout and read our blog post about the Advocate Program.

To learn more, sign up for one of our monthly Bridge Breakfasts by selecting the button below or email Volunteer Coordinator, Jeanne Gallo.
