Steve Kastenholz

Steven Kastenholz (Treasurer of Corporation) retired from a career in banking, which started at Continental Bank in 1988. He worked in corporate/investment banking, asset management, and as the treasurer of an investment bank.

He has lived in Oak Park with his wife and daughter since 2001. He has been an active member of St. Giles Parish, including serving four years as the head of finance for its school board. He was also president of the board of directors for Blessed Sacrament Youth Center in North Lawndale for ten years and a co-founder and tutor for The Summit Tutoring Program.

Before being named Treasurer, Kastenholz served as the director of finance for The Neighborhood Bridge and The Oak Park Family Transitional Shelter since their inception.

He graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Accounting and from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with an MBA in Finance.
